Steven Kalas is a therapist, pastoral counselor, freelance writer, songwriter, stand-up comedian, and former Episcopal priest. He travels nationally as a professional public speaker to youth, colleges, and adult audiences. His words are at once warm, entertaining, and challenging. Steven will make your audience laugh . . . and think. Steven writes the bi-weekly column Human Matters for the Las Vegas Review Journal, and syndicated to other newspapers across the United States.
Steven is father to three sons: Jonathan, 16, Aaron, 14, and (what was he thinking?) Joseph, age 6. He is a rabid Phoenix Suns’ fan, a crazed Green Bay Packer fan, a Beatlemaniac, and owns DVD recordings of every known work of Monty Python’s Flying Circus. Steven enjoys speaking on a wide variety of subjects and can tailor a presentation to an organization’s needs.
